Acupressure is a powerful way to work with the body’s energy system to help restore balance and support the body’s natural healing process.
In this hands-on introduction to Acupressure, you’ll go beyond the fundamentals and learn potent Acupoints and practical sequences for some of the most common complaints you encounter in your massage practice.
You’ll learn how to locate and activate specific points using Chinese massage techniques, as well as Jin Shin Acupressure—a gentle, deeply effective approach that is easy on your body and can be profoundly relaxing for your clients.
