This program gives you a foundation in Chinese Meridian and Five Element Theory, and a blend of techniques, including Acupressure, Meridian Massage Therapy, and Aroma Acutouch Therapy to resolve the source of your clients' tension and pain.
Integrating Chinese Medicine into Massage Therapy includes 5 NCBTMB-approved courses and offers 112 CE hours:
Acupressure's Potent Points for Common Complaints (16 Hours)
Learn Acupressure's Potent Points to address what your clients most need: relief for shoulder-neck tension, low backache, insomnia, fatigue, weak immunity and stress
Discover ways to integrate Acupressure into Massage Therapy
Practice self-care using acupressure to cultivate your vitality
Chinese Meridian Acupressure (24 Hours)
Learn 12 Organ Meridian pathways as well as physical, mental and emotional functions for each
Discover potent points to balance and revitalize the Meridians
Explore signs and symptoms of Meridian imbalances and how to use Acupressure to restore balance
Meridian Massage Therapy (24 hours)
Learn diverse massage techniques from China and Japan to balance and stimulate Meridian Chi flow
Integrate Eastern joint mobilization and stretches into your practice to open the "gateways" (joints) to enhance Chi circulation
Tie together the theory and skills learned in this program for a truly integrative approach to health blending East with West in your bodywork
Aroma Acutouch Therapy to Balance the Chinese Five Elements (24 hours)
Learn Five Element theory including functions, virtues, and spirits of the Elements
Asses physical, emotional and spiritual signs and symptoms of Element imbalance
Practice Acupressure and essential oil applications to restore Element balance
Discover the energetics of essential oils
Practice Aroma Acutouch sequences for each Element
Chinese Acupressure to Regulate the Five Element Cycles (24 hours)
Deepen and expand your understanding of the Chinese Five Elements
Explore the relationship between the Elements along the Shen (Breeding) and Ke (Control) Cycles
Discover the Transfer of Chi Acupressure technique, using the 60 Command Points, to balance the relationship between the Elements

This program starts January 25-26, 2025 and meets for 1 weekend per month through June 7-9, 2025
Weekend dates: January 25-26, February 22-23, March 22-23, April 12-13, May 16-18 (3 days), and June 6-8 (3 days)
Program Tuition is $2120 with payment plan options available.
Options for Joining Program Before or After its Start Date:
If you have taken an Acupressure class with Raizelah in the past, click on the Enrollment Link below prior to the start date of January 25, and fill out the Program Application.
Enroll in either one or both days of the first course of the program, Acupressure's Potent Points for Common Complaints, to "test the waters". This course will fulfill your pre-requisite for the program. If you decide after Acupressure's Potent Points that you want to continue in the program, you may join the program then by completing the Program Application. If you submit your Program Application within 2 weeks of your participation in Acupressure's Potent Points, you will receive $100 off the program deposit.
If you are unable to attend BOTH days of Acupressure's Potent Points for Common Complaints in January, you may complete the second day on either August 16 or 17, 2025. This will ensure that you meet all the requirements for certification in Integrating Chinese Medicine into Massage Therapy.
If you miss Acupressure's Potent Points for Common Complaints in January, you may enroll in the second course of the program, Chinese Meridian Acupressure, offered on February 22 & 23 and March 22. This course will fulfill your pre-requisite for the program. If you decide after completing the first weekend of Chinese Meridian Acupressure (on February 22 & 23) that you want to continue in the program, you may join the program then by completing the Program Application. The final due date for the application is March 7, 2025. To meet all the requirements for certification in Integrating Chinese Medicine into Massage Therapy, you would need to complete Acupressure's Potent Points for Common Complaints on August 16 & 17, 2025.
