Lymphatic Drainage Massage (LDM) is a gentle, rhythmic style of massage that mimics the action of the lymphatic system. Discover precise massage techniques to open the initial lymphatics and stimulate lymph vessel contraction to reduce accumulated fluid in soft tissues (edema), and to stimulate the immune system. Learn the anatomy of the lymphatic system, a full lymphatic massage sequence, and contraindications as well as appropriate uses for LDM in your massage practice.  12 CE hours approved by NCBTMB.
